Where is Beauty on Rose located?
Entrance is via 3 Rose Street Essendon. There is a Beauty on Rose sign above the door.
Please note we no longer use the corner entrance.
Where should I park?
We recommend at the station car parks either end of Rose Street on weekends or nights. Rose Street parking is 1hour.
Right at the end of Rose Street, off Miller Street station side, is 3hr street parking.
All day parking is also available each street parallel to Rose Street, on one side.
Parking is also available outside St Columba’s on Leslie Road – this is a clear way zone during school pick up and drop off times. Please refer to signs on the street.
2hour parking is also available on the other side of the station on Buckley Street in front of St John’s Uniting Church.
Is the salon air conditioned?
Yes! We have ducted heating at Beauty on Rose. We also provide heated bed during winter.
Are treatments available for men?
Yes! All of our treatments are unisex and can be customised to the specific client. Beauty on Rose does not offer male brazilians.
Do you have treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes we do! All of our facials and treatments can be customised to your specific concerns and needs. Please chat to your therapist regarding any concerns you may have prior to your treatment.
Do you treat pregnant women?
Yes! We recommend avoiding massage in the first trimester. All other treatments can be performed and will be customised to avoid unsuitable products. Please let your therapist know prior to your treatment if you are pregnant or lactating.
I am seeing a doctor for a medical concern, can I have treatments?
We always recommend having your doctors consent prior to having treatments. Massage are not recommend for clients currently being treated for cancer. We recommend taking your doctor’s advice once in remission before coming in for a massage. Other treatments can be performed please speak to your doctor or our reception team for more information.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes we do! Our gift vouchers have no expiry date. We physically need the voucher to redeem this in store. Please read the conditions of your voucher as some vouchers are limited to services, products and days that they can be redeemed. Beauty on Rose tries our best in inform each client however responsibility is on the client to read the terms and conditions of their vouchers before booking an appointment.
Does Beauty on Rose have a returns policy?
Yes, we don’t not provide a refund on retail products or gift vouchers. Products can be exchanged for a replacement or salon credit when accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Are facial rooms available downstairs?
Yes, however Beauty on Rose needs to be notified prior to your treatment. We recommend booking outside busy times (Morning, Nights & Saturdays) as this area is in a high traffic area and can dampen the ambiance of your treatment.
Do I Need to Book in Advance?
Yes, we highly recommend booking in advanced to avoid disappointment with prefer time or therapist.
Do you take group bookings?
Yes we do, we specialise in them. We recommend booking in advanced bookings are subjected to availability.
We can max perform 10 pedicures, 6 manicures, 8 facials or massage at one time.
Please note manicure and pedicures are performed in the same room but slightly sectioned off. We recommend for groups bigger than 10 of splitting with half the group preforming manicures first, half pedicures first.

What is Beauty on Rose cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that plans change, so we kindly ask that you give us 24hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this policy. SMS confirmations are sent out 48hrs prior to the appointment.

Do you have take bookings on Sunday?
Yes we do however there is a 10% surcharge on all treatments, unless otherwise stated. Certain vouchers are not accepted on Sundays – please read the terms and conditions of your voucher before booking an appointment alternatively call our reception team on 93313800 to clarify if your voucher can be used on Sundays.
