Reservations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to
secure your treatment selection and therapist for appointments
over 90 minutes .
Appointments are essential for
Beauty on Rose treatments. To avoid disappointment,
we recommend advance reservations to secure your preferred
date & time. You’ll always receive a complimentary
text message confirmation of all your appointments to
ensure that you can confirm or cancel your appointments
with ease.
Arrival
Please
arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
.
Cancellations
Appointments
are reserved especially for you. We understand that
plans change, so we kindly ask that you give us 24 hours
notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment,
otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Confirmation
of an appointment is acknowledgment of this policy.
Promotions
Beauty on
Rose promotions are only valid on full priced treatments.
Not available with Beauty On Rose...on the run Services
. Any treatment in this brochure which shows an asteric
(*) notes that the treatment has already been discounted
& no further discount can apply. There is no discount
on discounted treatments. Gift vouchers can also not
be used in conjunction with promotions.
Refunds
Products and gift vouchers are non refundable.
Products can be returned for replacement or salon credit
when accompanied by a receipt within 30 days of purchase.
